SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. Return Period

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and the tags and packaging must be intact.

2. Return Conditions

• Dirty or washed clothing cannot be returned.

• Returns are accepted if the product is undamaged by shipping or customer use and meets the conditions above.

3. Return and Shipping Fees

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Refund processing will be completed within 7 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

• Refunds will be issued via the payment method used for the purchase.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges will be made if stock is available.

• Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

5. Non-returnable Items

• Sale items and products that cannot be returned/exchanged (washed clothing, items with removed tags, or damaged packaging) cannot be returned.
